Venus in Wanderland: November 2026 Okay Venus… Now What?

Hello, beautiful!

So… did Venus retrograde stir anything up for you?

An old lover suddenly crosses your mind.

A relationship dynamic you can’t unsee anymore.

Realizing you’ve been saying yes when your body has quietly been saying not really.

Wanting something you thought you were “over.”

Or maybe simply noticing what used to turn you on emotionally, sexually, even aesthetically…. doesn’t quite do it for you anymore.

That’s the thing about Venus retrograde.

She has a way of messing with our usual definitions of what we like, what we want, what we value and what we’re willing to receive.

And November brings us to an interesting point in that story.

Venus is finally turning around.

Not dramatically.

Not with a cosmic confetti cannon.

More like:

Okay. I’ve seen some things. Now what am I going to do about them?

Welcome to November’s Venus in Wanderland. 💕

Venus Has Been Taking Us Somewhere

Venus began her retrograde on October 3 in Scorpio.

And Scorpio doesn't exactly specialize in small talk.

This part of the journey may have brought our attention toward the deeper things:

Desire.

Intimacy.

Trust.

Sex.

Attachment.

Jealousy.

Power.

The things we crave but don't always admit we crave.

Then Venus moved backward into Libra on October 25.

And suddenly the conversation changed.

Because Libra asks us to look at relationships.

Not only romantic relationships.

The relationship between me and you.

Between what I want and what you want.

Between giving and receiving.

Between keeping the peace…and keeping myself.

And that one can get interesting.

Because sometimes what we call “balance” is actually us bending over backwards.

Sometimes what we call “being easygoing” is really avoiding saying what we want.

Sometimes we become so good at meeting everyone else in the middle that we forget where our own middle even is.

That is very Venus-in-Libra territory.

November 13: Venus Turns Direct

On November 13, Venus stations direct at 22°52′ Libra.

And to make something clear:

Direct does not mean DONE.

You don't wake up on November 14 suddenly knowing exactly who you want to marry, what your deepest desire is, what color to paint your bedroom and whether you should text your ex.

Please don't text them just because Venus is direct. 😂

Think of it more like this:

During retrograde, we were turning things over.

Looking again.

Feeling again.

Questioning again.

Now Venus begins moving forward through that same territory.

And the question becomes:

What did I learn about myself?

Maybe you learned that you need more tenderness.

Maybe you learned that tenderness isn't enough without passion.

Maybe you realized you want more space.

More touch.

More honesty.

More reciprocity.

More pleasure.

Or simply less pretending.

Whatever it is, this part of the Venus cycle isn't about rushing into a decision.

It's about becoming more honest about your choices.

And interestingly, Mercury also turns direct in Scorpio on November 13.

So around the middle of the month, both what we value and what we've been trying to understand or communicate begin moving forward again.

Not necessarily perfectly.

But perhaps with a little less fog.

And Before Venus Turns Direct… Things Get Delicious

There are a few Venus moments this month that I actually love.

On November 4, Venus connects beautifully with Jupiter.

Then on November 10, Venus forms a sextile with Mars.

And this one feels particularly fun for us.

Venus is attraction.

Mars is appetite.

Venus says:

Come closer.

Mars says:

I want.

Together, there can be a little more chemistry in the air.

A little more play.

A little more courage around desire.

Maybe you initiate something you normally wait for someone else to initiate.

Maybe you wear the thing sitting at the back of your closet because it makes you feel ridiculously sexy.

Maybe you stop saving the good lingerie for somebody else.

Maybe you spend an evening discovering what your body likes without needing to perform that pleasure for anyone.

That's the kind of Venus-Mars energy we're interested in.

Not “something is going to happen to you on November 10.”

But:

What happens when you participate in your own desire?

Then on November 28, Venus meets Jupiter in another beautiful sextile.

This can bring a little more spaciousness around pleasure, generosity and enjoyment.

And by then Venus is direct.

So perhaps something you questioned at the beginning of November starts feeling a little easier to trust.

What to Love About Venus in Libra

Venus rules Libra.

So she knows this territory very well.

But Libra sometimes gets reduced to romance, beauty and pretty things.

And there is something deeper here.

Libra teaches us about the art of relating without disappearing.

Can I love you and still hear myself?

Can I desire you without abandoning what I desire?

Can I receive without immediately feeling like I owe something back?

Can pleasure simply be pleasurable?

That last one feels particularly important.

Because so many of us have learned to make pleasure productive.

A bath has to be “self-care.”

Sex has to strengthen the relationship.

Meditation has to make us better humans.

Even rest has somehow become another thing we're supposed to be good at.

Venus doesn't really care about any of that.

Sometimes beauty is just beautiful.

Sometimes touch feels good because it feels good.

Sometimes you buy yourself flowers because you want flowers.

Sometimes pleasure doesn't need a purpose.

And maybe that's part of the medicine this month.

Our November Crystal: Pink Aventurine 💗

For this chapter of Venus in Wanderland, we're welcoming Pink Aventurine into the Yoni Wanderland family.

Pink Aventurine is traditionally associated with the heart, tenderness, compassion and gentle openness.

And it is the perfect energy for this moment.

Not because a crystal is going to decide what you want for you.

But because ritual gives us something tangible to return to.

A reminder.

A pause.

A way of saying:

I'm listening.

After the intensity of Scorpio and the questioning of Venus retrograde, Pink Aventurine feels like a softer invitation.

You don't need to interrogate your heart forever.

You can also enjoy it.

You can touch.

Explore.

Play.

Feel.

Discover.

And let pleasure show you something too.

Your Venus Practice This Month

To keep things deliciously simple, try this ritual:

At some point this month, give yourself ten minutes with no agenda.

No phone.

No podcast.

No trying to “work on yourself.”

Place a hand somewhere on your body that feels comforting.

Heart.

Belly.

Yoni.

Wherever.

And ask yourself:

What feels good to me now?

Not last year.

Not to your partner.

Not according to Instagram.

Not according to who you think you're supposed to be.

Now.

And wait.

Your answer might be profound.

It might also be:

I want to be touched more slowly.

I don't actually want to go to that dinner.

I want to flirt again.

I need three hours alone.

I want beautiful sheets.

I miss dancing.

I want sex.

I don't want sex.

I want to feel desired.

I want to desire myself again.

There is no “right” Venus answer.

There is only the honest one.

You can journal or send yourself a voice note… in a few months, read or listen to it. You may just be surprised what comes up…

Venus Moves Forward. So Do We.

Venus doesn't completely leave her retrograde territory until December 15.

So we're still integrating.

Still noticing.

Still trying things on.

But November feels different.

Less:

What is happening to me?

And more:

What am I choosing now that I know myself a little better?

Maybe that's the real gift of this Venus cycle.

Not finding some completely new version of yourself.

But coming back to your own desire with fewer assumptions about what it is supposed to look like.

A little more honest.

A little more curious.

A little more deliciously YOU. 💕
