SHIPPING POLICY – YONI WANDERLAND

Your privacy is our priority.
All Yoni Wanderland orders are packaged discreetly, with no external reference to the intimate nature of the contents.

 


 

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

It may take up to 24 hours for your order to be processed prior to shipment. This assures that your product is thoroughly inspected before leaving our facilities and that it is packaged according to our quality standards.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Please double-check your shipping address and contact details when placing your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information and to ensure someone is available to receive the package.

 


 

SHIPPING TIMES

We ship worldwide from our fulfillment center in the United States. Estimated shipping times vary based on your location:

Express Option:

DHL Express: 1–3 business days within the U.S., 2–5 business days to Canada, and up to 10 business days for Australia and other destinations.
UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day within the U.S.

UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days within the U.S.

UPS 3 Day Select: Up to 3 business days within the U.S.

UPS Worldwide Expedited:

  • 2 business days to Canada

  • 4–5 business days to Australia and most other international destinations 

Standard Shipping:

  • Within the U.S.: approximately 3–7 business days.

  • International: approximately 7–28 business days, depending on customs and local postal service processing times.

Note: Local postal services may handle the final delivery for international orders. You may be required to collect your package from your local post office if home delivery is unsuccessful.

  •  In the event that your package is lost in transit, we commit to sending you a replacement or issuing a full refund, provided you file a claim with the carrier and the shipment is officially declared lost. Once the claim is accepted by the shipping company, we will promptly ship your replacement or process your refund.

 


 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you are responsible for monitoring the tracking link provided and collecting your package promptly if delivery is unsuccessful. Failure to retrieve the package may result in it being returned to the sender, and additional fees will apply.

  • Responsibility: Once tracking and postage confirmation are issued, Yoni Wanderland, LLC relinquishes responsibility. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties, customs processes, or postal services.

  • Delivery Dates: We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. All shipping times provided are estimates only and are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date the order was placed.

  • Delays: We are unable to offer refunds for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs clearance issues, or unforeseen events.

All shipping times are in business days and exclude weekends and public holidays.
