Instructions
Holding the wider ends of The Petal comfortably with your hands, allow the smaller end to rest outside as you use it towards your body for a massage. It is best to apply a bit of oil so that it glides easier on your skin. Using strokes or circular motion, apply the Petal on your body with the desired pressure and massage tension area until reaching a relaxed state. If massaging your breast or womb, do not apply too much pressure to avoid straining the tissues as these are very delicate areas.
If using The Petal as a warm therapy aid: You can submerge your crystal under warm water or place it on top of a heat pad that is set at a very low temperature. Always test the temperature on a small area of your body and make sure that it is not too hot to avoid burning your skin. Never place your crystal on boiling water or intense heat as it may cause your stone to crack! The Warm Petal can be left on top of a tension area, or on your womb to ease menstrual pain or can be massaged over your body on any desired areas.
If using The Petal as a cold therapy aid: You can place your crystal inside the refrigerator for a few minutes or submerge in ice water. The Cold Petal can be left on top of a tension or lesioned area or can be massaged over your body on any desired areas.
Care Instructions
We recommend sterilizing your intimate gem prior and after each use with a mild soap. Should you desire a deeper sterilization, apply 1-2 drops of lavender or tea tree essential oil or apple cider vinegar into a bowl with water and let your intimate gem sit for a few minutes. Rinse clean with fresh water, pat dry with a clean towel and store it in a secure place. Your intimate gem can be kept in a lingerie drawer, bedside table, treasure box or altar. Hand wash only!
