If your product qualifies for an exchange, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label for you to ship it back to us. Once we receive it back, we will send you a replacement. Please note that pre-paid shipping labels and approved exchanges are valid for 7 days only. Each stone is unique and minor imperfections such as superficial surface scratches, difference in color, texture and smoothness are normal and doesn't affect the use of the product.
